Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

No! We will need a house key located in a designated area to access the inside of the home. We take before and after pictures of where we found the key and where we left the key for safety measures.

Do I need to do something to prepare for the service?

We send a pre-cleaning checklist to all of our customers as soon as they accept our quote so they can ensure they receive the best possible results.

Do I receive the same house cleaner in each service?

Our cleaners are in high demand, but if you want a specific cleaner, then simply call the office, and if that cleaner is available, then they get that cleaner requested.

Are your services safe for pets?

We use eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets.

Are your cleaners bonded and insured?

All of our cleaners are required to have insurance, which covers them up to $1,000,000 in case an incident occurs.

How do you calculate the prices for your services?

All of our cleanings are based on the house's square footage and the complexity of the cleaning.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, checks, and credit cards.

At which moment do you charge for your services?

All payments are processed after the job has been completed.

What's your tipping policy?

You may tip our cleaners via cash or credit card on your invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. We need a full 24-hour notice to cancel any cleaning; if cleaning is canceled without a 24-hour notice, there is a $75 fee.
